Welcome to the Company Dashboard for R1 Discover. This is truly the implementation monitoring tool for practitioners and admins of R1 Discover. This guide will walk you through the various features of the dashboard, designed to help practitioners and admins monitor user activity and engagement.
Accessing the Dashboard
The Company Dashboard is accessible to admins and practitioners. It can be accessed from the main navigation menu under 'Reports & Analytics'. Ensure you have the necessary permissions to view and interact with the dashboard.

Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is segmented into several key areas, each providing valuable data insights:
Dashboard Filters

Date Range: Set a specific date range to view activities within that period.
Location, Program and Practitioner: Filter activities based on specific locations, programs, and practitioners within your organization.
Topic, Activity, and Activity Status: Filter the dashboard by specific content or status of activities.
User Type and Status: Narrow down the activity data for specific user types or statuses (Active/Inactive).

Logins: The total number of logins by users within the selected date range and other filters.
Admins: The number of admins active within the platform within the selected date range and other filters.
Users: The total number of active users within the selected date range and other filters.
Activities: The count of total activities started within the selected date range and other filters.
Avg Activities/Users: The average number of activities per user within the selected date range and other filters.
Speed to Engagement: The average time it takes for a user to start their first activity following their account creation.

Active User Growth: A graphical representation of the growth in active users over time. The dark purple is an indication of the percentage of users that are active within their R1 Discover accounts.
Daily Usage (Activities): A chart displaying the frequency and distribution of activities on a daily basis.
Active Users by Location: A breakdown of active vs. inactive users across different locations.
Active Users by Program: A breakdown of active vs. inactive users across different programs.

Avg User Activities per Location: Average number of activities each user completes by location.
Speed to Engagement by Location: How quickly and regularly users in different locations engage with activities.
