Accounts

An overview of the 'Accounts' page, the place for Super Admins to manage Users and Administrators.

Welcome to the 'Accounts' section of R1 Discover, where Super Admins can manage user and administrator accounts. This console allows for the creation of new accounts, assignment of permissions, and the mapping of users and administrators to locations and programs.

Key Features:

  • Create Accounts: Generate new user and admin accounts as needed for your organization.

  • Set Permissions: Assign and modify the permissions for each account to ensure the right level of access.

  • Map Users/Admins: Link users and administrators to specific locations, programs, and practitioners.

'Accounts' is where Admins can manage user and administrator accounts. This section includes several subpages:

  1. Administrators: This is where account admins and practitioners are setup. Administrators are able to see the activity and reports of users and other admins that they are permissioned to see.

  2. Users: This is where user accounts are created, users are able to take activities and track their own progress. Users do NOT have access to see other accounts.
