Identify (Pyramid) Activity Overview
Identify activities are intended to take users on a deeper journey of self-discovery as they explore a specific topic. These use interactive card-sorting exercises to help users reflect and have an internal conversation with themselves to see where they are inside the topic models. They are designed to promote self-discovery and empower users with vocabulary to better express themselves.
Identify Activity Step 1 – Initial Card Sort

In step 1 of the Identify (Pyramid) activity, users will encounter statements that prompt them to reflect on their current state or beliefs as it relates to the topic. Users will be asked indicate their agreement or disagreement with each statement/item.
Selecting Cards
To indicate agreement or YES users can:
Swiping right on the card
Select the green checkmark
To indicate disagreement or NO users can:
Swipe left on the card
Select the red X
Reviewing Selected Cards
Selected YES and NO cards can be reviewed by selecting the Green YES pile or the Red NO pile

To change a selected YES card to NO or a selected NO card to YES, simply click on the card in this view and it will move it to the other pile.
Additional Step 1 Features
Undo a selection: Users can undo a selection by selecting the undo icon at the top of the card
Text to Speech: Cards can be read out loud by selecting the speaker icon in the lower middle of the card.
Once all cards are sorted, users will be abled to 'Go To Next Step' to proceed to Step 2.
Identify Activity Step 2 – Select Top 10 Cards

In step 2 of the Identify (Pyramid) activity, users will be asked to review all of the selected YES cards, and select the top 10 cards that most resonate with where they are at or describe them best.
Selecting Cards
In step 2, whether on desktop, tablet, or mobile, cards can be selected by clicking on the card. The card can also be deselected by clicking on the card once again.
Additional Step 2 Features
Card Selection Counter: There will be a card selection counter at both the top and bottom of the screen so users always know how many cards they have selected until they get to 10.
Text to Speech: Cards can be read out loud by selecting the speaker icon in the lower middle of the card.
Once all cards are sorted, users will be abled to 'Go To Next Step' to proceed to Step 3.
Identify Activity Step 3 – Building Your Pyramid

In step 3 of the Identify (Pyramid) activity, users will be asked to prioritize their top 10 cards by ranking them in a pyramid. The card with the statement/item that resonates strongest or best describes the user should go to the top, and then prioritized all the way down the pyramid.
Selecting Cards (Desktop / Tablet)
In step 3, whether on desktop or tablet, cards can be selected by clicking on the card and dragging it into its place on the pyramid. Cards can also be moved around the pyramid be clicking the card and dragging it into an open spot.
Selecting Cards (Mobile)

In step 3, on mobile, the top 10 cards will be displayed underneath the pyramid. Cards can be selected by clicking the green move icon on the top left corner of the card and dragging it into its place on the pyramid. Cards can also be moved around the pyramid be clicking the green move icon on the card and dragging it into an open spot in the pyramid.
Additional Step 3 Features
Pyramid Reset: The pyramid can be reset at any time by selecting the reset button at the top left of the Step 3 page.
Text to Speech: Cards can be read out loud by selecting the speaker icon in the lower middle of the card.
Once the pyramid has been completed, users should select 'Finalize' and then 'Go To Next Step' to proceed to the Model Review.
Identify Activity Step 4 – Model Review

In step 4 of the Identify (Pyramid) activity, users will be asked to review the model categories. The interactive model image enables users to select any any category and review a card containing the model category definition.
Simply select any model category to review the definition.

Once all categories have been reviewed, users should select 'Go To Results' to review their initial results.
Identify Activity – Initial Results
The initial results is an interactive overview of the activity that was just completed. The cards that were selected in the pyramid are revealed to each be linked back to a model category. The report will display the the users selections and the percentages of each category to which they are aligned.
The initial results is broken into a handful of interactive areas for review:
Pyramid & Donut Chart
Interact with your pyramid cards and see how they align into the model categories.
Users can toggle the donut to display percentages from the Top 10, all YES cards, or all NO Cards selected in Step 1 of the activity.

Selected Cards List
Review and sort the list and definitions of the selected cards. When the Top 10, all YES, or all NO option in the donut chart is selected, the card list will updated accordingly..

Users can take note of of the sorting buttons at the top right of the list of cards.
Rank Order (1 to 10): This will sort cards in the order of the pyramid.
Model Order: This will group and sort all the cards by model category in the order of the model.
Model Rank Order: This will group and sort all the cards by model category in the order of the categories with the most selected cards.
Model Overview
Re-engage with an interactive version of the topic model. The interactive model enables users to click on any category in the model image to review the model category definition, or users can simply read the definitions from the below the model image.

Once users have reviewed their initial results, they should select 'Go To Questions' to proceed to the activity Questions to Explore.
Identify Activity – Questions to Explore

Introspect and Respond:
After reviewing their initial results, users will be asked to answer five self-reflection questions as they reflect on what they learned within this activity.
Upon completion of the questions, select "Finish" to proceed to the final report.
Identify Activity - Interactive Final Report

The final report is an interactive overview of the activity that was just completed. The report is similar to the initial results, however it now contains the Questions to Explore the responses.
The final report is broken into a handful of interactive areas for review:
Pyramid & Donut Chart
Interact with your pyramid cards and see how they align into the model categories.
Users can toggle the donut to display percentages from the Top 10, all YES cards, or all NO Cards selected in Step 1 of the activity.

The questions which were explored following the initial results now become part of the final report and can be reviewed here now or any time in the future.

Additional Report Features
Download Report: Users can select the 'Download Report' button to download a PDF copy of their results.
Play Video: Users can select the play video button to watch the topic video from their report.
Once users have reviewed their final report, they should select 'Go To Profile' to proceed to the Home Dashboard to take additional activities, or track their progress.
