An overview of the 'Account Management' page.
The Account Management page is a centralized hub for Super Admins to oversee the allocation and status of their licenses within the R1 Discover platform. This guide will walk you through the process of viewing your current license usage, understanding the availability of licenses, and acquiring additional licenses if necessary.
Accessing Account Management
Navigate to the 'Account Management' page on the left navigation.

Navigating the Account Management Console
The console provides a snapshot of your licensing details and management options, making it easy to maintain oversight of your organization's R1 Discover subscriptions.
License Information Section
Total Licenses: Displays the total number of licenses purchased for your organization.
Assigned Licenses: Shows the number of licenses currently assigned to users.
Available Licenses: Indicates the number of licenses that are available to be assigned to new users.
License Renewal Date: Provides the date on which your licenses are set to renew. If 'N/A', please check your subscription terms or contact support for details.
Manage Licenses Section
Add Licenses: If you need to increase the number of users on the R1 Discover platform, click here to purchase additional licenses. You will be guided to the R1 Store to purchase additional licenses. One the purchase goes through, licenses will be added to your account shortly following the transaction.
