R1 Discover Profile Overview
A general overview of the R1 Discover Profile to enable simple navigation of the platform for users.
Welcome to Your R1 Discover Profile
The profile is a hub for all your activity as you navigate you R1 Discover journey. It's designed to be intuitive, giving you quick access to all of the content, activities and data you need to succeed. This guide provides an overview of the profile layout, including navigation and key features.
Navigation and Layout
Upon login, you're directed to the Home Dashboard, which provides a snapshot of your progress and quick access to start or review activities.
Left Navigation Panel
On the left side of your screen, you'll find the main navigation menu, which includes:
My Information:
My Topics: The My Topics page is the resource library of R1 Discover, all of the R1 Discover content can be accessed through the My Topics page.
My Videos: The My Videos page in the R1 Discover app is the go-to resource for all of the topic videos within the app.
My Profile: The My Profile page where you can edit your personal information, change your password, adjust privacy settings, and more.
Reports & Analytics:
My Activities: The My Activities section of R1 Discover is where you'll be able to review the results of you own activities, view your trends, and access your complete activity history.
User Activities: (Admins Only) The User Activities section of R1 Discover is where you'll be able to review the results of user/admin activities, view their trends, and access the complete activity history for all accounts that you are permissioned to see.
Company Dashboard: (Admins Only) The Company Dashboard is the implementation monitoring tool for practitioners and admins of R1 Discover. It is designed to help practitioners and admins monitor user activity and engagement.
Admin Tools:
Settings: (Admins Only) The Settings section is where you define the locations and programs that align to your organization, map content to each of the programs, and customize how data is displayed to users.
Accounts: (Admins Only) The 'Accounts' section is where Admins can manage accounts, this includes creation of new accounts, assignment of permissions, and the mapping of users and administrators to locations, programs, and practitioners.
Account Management: (Super Admins Only) The Account Management page is where Super Admins can oversee the allocation and status of their licenses within the R1 Discover platform.
Home Dashboard
The Home Dashboard is your personal overview, featuring:
My Summary (Everyone):
Start an Activity: Easily search for and begin any activity directly from the home dashboard.
Track My Journey: Visual indicators of progress through your R1 Discover Journey.
Review My Activities: A simple way to review and interact with your recent activity history.
User Summary (Admins Only):
Review User Activities: Enables admins/practitioners to view the recent activity of the users/admins they are permissioned to see.
Logins Over Time: Summarizes login activity of Users and Admins Activity Across Topics: Summarizes the topics explored by Users/Admins
Most Popular Activities: Summarizes the activities explored by Users/Admins
Profile Image Icon
At the top right of the dashboard, you can hover over the profile image icon for a quick access menu:
Home: Navigate back to the Home dashboard.
My Profile: Edit your personal information.
My Security: Change your password or Enable/Disable 2FA
My Privacy: Manage your privacy settings
My User Guide: Access helpful resources.
Sign Out: Log out securely.
