An overview of the 'Curriculum' page within 'Settings'.
Welcome to the 'Curriculum' page of R1 Discover settings. This is where Super Admins have the ability to map topics and activities to their programs. These mappings determine which topics and activities are accessible to users within each specific program, enabling a fully tailored curriculum by program.
Accessing Curriculum
Navigate to the 'Settings' page on the left navigation.
Click on the 'Curriculum' tab.
Navigating 'Curriculum'
The Curriculum page enables super admins to fully customize which content is available within each of their individual programs. Here's how you can navigate and utilize this section effectively:
Content Listing: You'll find a comprehensive list of available topics and activities, each with its own set of checkboxes corresponding to the programs in your organization.
Mapping Content to Programs: To map content to a program, simply check the box next to the content under the desired program's column. This will make the topic or activity available to any user assigned to that program.
Bulk Editing: For efficiency, you can select a topic, and it will add or remove all of its activities all at once. Or it's possible to expand each topic and individually select or deselect activities to add/remove to a program.
Saving Changes: After mapping the content, remember to save your changes. Any modifications will not be applied until you hit the 'Save' button, safeguarding against accidental alterations.
