User Activity Log
An overview of the 'User Activity Log' page within 'User Activities'
The 'User Activity Log' page in R1 Discover is the historical record of activities taken by users/admins you're permissioned to see within your R1 Discover account. This page will cover everything you can do on the User Activity Log page.

Accessing User Activity Log
Navigate to the 'User Activities' page from the dashboard.
Click on the 'User Activity Log' tab.

Select the Dashboard icon on the top right of the Review User Activities widget on the User Summary tab of the home dashboard. See My Home Dashboard for more details.

Features of 'User Activity Log'
Activity Overview: At a glance, see a list of all the activities users/admins you are permissioned to see have started or completed.
Search Functionality: Use the search bar to quickly find specific activities you're interested in reviewing or resuming.
Advanced Search and Filters: For a more refined search, use the 'Show Advanced Search' option to filter activities by various criteria such as date ranges, topics, or programs.
Export Data: With the 'Export CSV' button, you can download user activity data for offline analysis or reporting.
Navigating 'User Activity Log'
Viewing Activities: The activities are listed with the most recent first. You can scroll through the pages using the pagination controls at the bottom of the page.
Understanding the Log:
ID: A unique identifier for each activity session.
Username: The unique Username of the user across the R1 Discover platform.
Full Name: The full name of the user (First + Last), if completed in their profile.
Topic: The name of the topic for the taken activity.
Activity: The name of the specific activity taken.
Date Activity Taken: The date and time the activity was started.
Program: The program the user was aligned to when activity was taken.
Practitioner: The practitioner the user was aligned to when activity was taken.
Location: The location the user was aligned to when activity was taken.
Activity Status: The current state of the activity. There are 3 possible states:
Activity Started: This mean the activity was started but didn't get through the card portion of the activity.
Cards Completed: This means the activity was completed through the card portion, but the questions were not answered
Activity Completed: This means both the cards and questions were completed.
Interacting with the Log:
To search for a specific entry, enter keywords into the search bar.
For more complex searches, click 'Show Advanced Search' and input your desired filters.
Not all columns in the log will always be displayed, simply click on any activity to display all of the columns.
To download the log, click 'Export CSV' and save the file to your device.
User Activity Log Actions
There are two possible actions that can be taken with each activity in the activity log:
View Activity Report: If the activity is in 'Cards Completed' or 'Activity Completed' status, a report icon (document icon) will be displayed on the right side of the activity log. Select this icon to review the completed report of the activity.
View User Dashboard: Selecting the dashboard icon on the right side of the activity will navigate directly to the dashboard for the user, visually displaying results off their most recent activities completed.
