User Dashboard
An overview of the 'User Dashboard' page within 'User Activities'
The 'User Dashboard' page in R1 Discover is a visual representation of a user's activity results. It can be viewed for any user/admin you have been permissioned to see within your R1 Discover account. It displays the user's results across multiple topics without having to open individual reports. It's a dynamic page allowing total customization of the view. This page will cover everything that can be seen and done on the User Dashboard page.
Accessing User Dashboard
Navigate to the 'User Activities' page.
Click on the 'User Dashboard' tab.
Navigate to Home Dashboard
Select the User Summary Tab
Select the Dashboard icon to the left of the username in the Review User Activities widget.

Navigate to the User Activity Log
Select the dashboard icon for the user's activity

Understanding User Dashboard
User Dashboard comes with 4 charts, if you do not see 4 charts it likely means the user has not yet taken activities across 4 topics or you have not selected a user. Here are the key items to understand about the dashboard, each will be flushed out further down this page:
User Selection
All users/admins you are permissioned to see will be available to select in the User dropdown at the top of the User Dashboard. Simply select a user to load their data.
Chart Controls
Users can choose to view current or prior activity results (Default is most recent)
Users can change the topic/activity displayed on a chart
Users can change the order of the charts
Users can change the type of chart being displayed.
Users can access the completed report from the most recent or any prior activity
Users can choose to view the trend of all the times an activity has been taken
Dashboard View Settings
Users can choose Most Recent Activity View (Default)
Users can choose the Company Default View (The Topics/Activities selected by your

Interacting with User Dashboard
This section will go into detail on how to interact with the User dashboard including Selecting Users, changing Chart Data, using Chart Controls, and using the Dashboard View Settings.
Selecting Users
To load data into the User Dashboard a user must be selected from the user dropdown at the top of the page. To Select a user:
Select the User Dropdown at the top of the page
Input their Username or Email to search or Scroll Down
Select the desired user
Using the Chart Controls
The chart data for a specific activity can be modified in multiple ways.

Viewing Current or Prior Activity Results: The chart will load data from the most recently completed activity. The numbers of the top left of the chart (1, 2, 3, etc...) reference each prior time the activity was completed. 1 = Most Recent, 2 = 2nd Most Recent, etc. To view results from a prior completion of the activity take the following steps:
Select '2' (or any number) on the top left of the chart.
You'll know this worked as the time stamp on the bottom of the chart changed.
The time stamp indicates the date/time the activity was taken
**If there aren't numbers on the top left of the chart, it means activity was only taken once.
Viewing A Different Topic/Activity: The dashboard will load with the most recently completed topics. If you wish to change the Topic/Activity displayed in the chart, follow these steps:
Select the Edit icon in the top right of the chart
Select the Topic / Activity you wish to view
Changing the Order of the Charts: The dashboard is dynamic and can be customized by users. To change the order of the charts, take the following steps:
Click and hold onto any chart
Drag it into a different location
Changing the Type of Chart Displayed: The charts are completely dynamic, and users can choose to view their results in multiple chart types by selecting the controls on bottom left of the chart
Bar Chart: This will display the results in a series of vertical columns in model order
Pie Chart: This will display the results in a pie (only selected model categories are displayed)
Tree Map: This will display the results in a tree map, the most selected categories will be displayed largest
Funnel Chart: This will display the results in a funnel, the largest result at the top and the smallest result at the bottom.
Viewing Completed Report: To view a completed activity report directly from the chart:
Select the Report icon at the bottom right of the chart (2nd from right)
Viewing Activity Trend: To view the trend comparing each time the activity was completed:
Select the trend icon on the bottom right of the chart (last icon on right)
Dashboard View Settings
The dashboard has two pre-saved views that can be loaded to view activity results.
User Recent Activity: Selecting this option will load charts for the the last 4 topic activities completed. This is the default view, to load it:
Select "User Recent Activity" button at the top right of the dashboard.
Company Default: Selecting this option will load charts in the order set by the company as default. To load it:
Select the "Company Default" button at the top right of the dashboard.
Custom View: To create a custom view, follow these steps:
Select the Topic/Activity to be loaded in each chart (See how in Using Chart Controls)
Choose the chart type to be displayed for each activity
Select Save
