My Home Dashboard
An overview of the Home (landing) Dashboard in your R1 Discover profile.
Once you login to R1 Discover, you will be redirected to your home dashboard. The home dashboard is the snapshot summary and action center for your account. This page will cover everything you can see and do from your home dashboard.



Home Dashboard Heading
The header on the home dashboard provides basic information about your account.
Welcome: It displays a welcome message using your First Name or User Name
Company Name: It displays the name of the company where your account is aligned
Location: It display the primary location where your account is aligned.
Program: It displays the primary program where your account is aligned.
Practitioner: If you are aligned to a practitioner, that will be displayed here as well.
My Summary Tab
This is the main landing dashboard for all users of R1 Discover. If you are permissioned as practitioner, you will see a User Summary tab as well. This section will highlight all of the capability on the My Summary tab or main landing dashboard of the R1 Discover profile.
Top Level Metrics
At the top of the home dashboard, we display 3 informational metrics for users:
Total Logins: This is the total number of times you have signed into your R1 Discover account.
Total Activities Taken: This is the total number of times you have started an activity.
Total Activities Completed: This is the total number of times you have finished an activity including the self-reflection questions following the activity.

Start an Activity Widget
The first widget on the home dashboard is called "Start an Activity". Here you can quickly search for any topic or activity and begin it right from your home dashboard. Read about starting your first R1 Discover Activity.
When you expand a topic you will see three buttons:
Play Button: Select the button to begin the activity
Copy URL Button: Select this button to copy the URL and be able to share it somewhere.
QR Code Button: Select this button to get a QR Code, scanning the code will redirect to the activity start page. The user scanning must have an R1 Discover account to take the activity.

Track My Journey Widget
The second widget on the home dashboard is called "Track My Journey". Here we provide three small charts to give you feedback on your journey through R1 Discover.
% Activities Completed: This pie chart adds a new slice when you try an activity for the first time. The slice will be displayed in the color of the activity's topic, and in the order that you tried the activities. This means that all users over time will have a unique journey through R1 Discover.
Topics Explored: This pie chart adds a new slice when you try a topic for the first time. The slice will be displayed in the topic color, and in the order that you tried the topics. This means that all users over time will have a unique journey through R1 Discover.
Profile Completed: This donut chart displays the percentage of fields completed in your profile. Simply fill in your profile to get this to donut chart to read 100%. Go check out the Completing My Profile guide to learn how to do that.

Review My Activities Widget
The final widget on the home dashboard is called "Review My Activities". This widget enables users view their recent activity history, users can do a number of things with this widget:
Review Recent Activities: The widget contains a list of recently started and completed activities. The radio button at the top of the widget allows filtering between incomplete and completed activities. The status column will contain a checkbox if the activity is completed.
Resume Incomplete Activities: Any activity that was not completed can be resumed from this widget. Simply select the play button from the status column.
Review Completed Activity Report: Once an activity is completed, the results live in your profile forever. Select the document icon from the Report column to review the completed report at any time.
Complete Activity Survey: If the star is gold in the Survey column that means the survey was completed, if it's white then it can be selected to complete the survey. If it's missing, that means the activity is not yet completed. This survey users to give R1 feedback on the quality of the activity content and their experience with the activity.
Navigate to 'My Dashboard': The dashboard icon on the top right of the widget can be selected and it will take users to their My Dashboard to dive deeper into their results.

User Summary Tab (Admins/Practitioner Accounts Only)
This is the summary dashboard for admin & practitioner accounts to get a snapshot of user activity within R1 Discover. If you are not permissioned as an Admin or Practitioner, then you will not see the User Summary tab. The data displayed will be for all the users/admins that fall within your account permissions. This section will highlight all of the capability on the User Summary tab of the Home Dashboard in the R1 Discover profile.

Top Level Metrics
At the top of the home dashboard User Summary tab, we display 6 informational metrics for admins:
Total Logins: This is the total number of times the Users/Admins you're permissioned to see have logged into their R1 Discover accounts.
Active Users: This is the total number of Users you're permissioned to see that have logged into their accounts.
Active Admins: This is the total number of Admins you're permissioned to see that have logged into their accounts.
Total Engaged Users: This is the total number of Accounts you're permissioned to see that have taken at least one activity
Total Activities Taken: This is the total number of activities that have been started by User/Admin accounts you're permissioned to see.
Total Activities Completed: This is the total number of activities that have been completed by User/Admin accounts you're permissioned to see.

Review User Activities Widget
This 'Review User Activities' widget enables admins/practitioners to view the recent activity of the users/admins they are permissioned to see. There are many things that can be done with this widget:
Filter By Users or Admins: The radio button at the top of the widget enables filtering of the activity data by Users or Admins.
Navigate to a User/Admin's Dashboard: Selecting the dashboard icon to the left of the Username will navigate directly to the User Dashboard for that User/Admin.
View User/Admin's Full Activity History: Selecting the username will navigate directly to the User/Admin profile and full list of activities.
View a Completed Activity Report: Selecting the icon in the Report column will open the report for that line item activity.
Navigate to Full Activity Log: Selecting the list icon in the top right corner of the widget will navigate directly to the full User Activity Log.

Logins Over Time Widget
The 'Logins Over Time' widget summarizes the login activity of Users and Admins you are permissioned to see over time. There are two things to know about this widget:
Filter by Time Period: The radio button at the top enables filtering by:
This Year: Since January 1 of the current year.
This Month: Since the first of the current month
This Week: Since Sunday of this week
The Area Chart Colors: There are two colors in the area chart:
Green: This is the activity of the Users
Blue: This is the activity of the Admins

Activity Across Topics Widget
The 'Activity Across Topics' widget summarizes the topics explore by Users/Admins you are permissioned to see. There are two things to know about this widget:
Filter by Time Period: The radio button at the top enables filtering by:
This Year: Since January 1 of the current year.
This Month: Since the first of the current month
This Week: Since Sunday of this week
The Column Chart Colors: The color of each column bar is tied to the color of the topic. Hover over any column to see the topic name.

Most Popular Activities Widget
The 'Most Popular Activities' widget summarizes the activities explored by Users/Admins you are permissioned to see. There are three things to know about this widget:
Filter by Time Period: The radio button at the top enables filtering by:
This Year: Since January 1 of the current year.
This Month: Since the first of the current month
This Week: Since Sunday of this week
The Pie Chart Colors: The color of each pie slice is tied to the color of the activity. Hover over any slice to see the activity name. The activities are in the topic color.
The Scroll Arrows: Once more than 8 different activities have been taken, it might not be possible to list them all on the widget. Select the arrows at the bottom of the widget to see the additional activities.
