My Personal Details

An overview of the 'My Personal Details' page within 'My Profile'.

This page will provide an overview of how to manage your personal details such as your profile photo, Name, Email, and more.

Accessing My Personal Details

1. Navigate to the 'My Profile' page from the dashboard.

2. Click on the 'My Personal Details' tab.

Profile Picture

Add or change your profile picture here. To make a change:

1. Click on the profile picture

2. Select a new image to upload

3. Select "Save"

Editing Your Email & Username

If the company managing your account allows it, you will be able to edit your email and username from this page.

1. Changing Email: To change your email

   1. Select the "Change Email" check box

   2. Input a new email. (The email must be unique across the R1 Discover platform)

   3. Select the page "Save" button

   4. You will be sent a confirmation email, select the link in the confirmation email to verify and finalize the email change process.

2. Changing Username: To change your username

   1. Select the "Change Username" checkbox

   2. Input a new Username (The username must be unique across the R1 Discover Platform)

   3. Select the page "Save" button

Editing Your Personal Information

In the 'My Personal Details' tab, you can edit fields such as:

• First and Last Name

• Phone Number

• Email Address

• Physical Address

• Emergency Contact Information

Remember to click 'Save' after making any changes to ensure your information is updated.
